Edmund is a seasoned appellate litigator, having handled more than 100 appeals across the country in a wide variety of civil litigation. He regularly represents clients in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he clerked for two judges, and in Tennessee appellate courts. In addition to his appellate practice, Edmund also advises and assists clients and trial counsel with litigation strategy, brief writing, and issue preservation. Edmund is Immediate Past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section.
